I have my website hosted with you, how do I set up new mail accounts, or change my email password? Go to https://yourdomainname.com:8443 and it will ask you for a user name and pw. (if you get a security warning, click that it’s ok to continue, I have everyone’s site blanketed under an extra SSL for a bit of added protection). Put in your user name and password. (if you don't know yours, please email us, and we will get it to you.) Once in the next page, click on the domain name you want to add mail to (if you have only one, then just click on that one, if you have more than one domain name with us, you will click on your main one) , and then on the next page, click on Mail which is located under Services. Then under Tools, click on Add New Mail Name.

out of town through the internet?
Yes, all you need to do, to
access your email via the web
is to access your webmail and
go directly to the webmail program.
You can do this by typing the
following into your browser:
http://www.webmail.mydomain.com
Simply
replace the "mydomain.com" with
the name of your website.
And when you login remember
to use your full email address.
For example,
use: fred@flintstone.com
not just fred.

I need to update my credit card on file, how can I do that? You will need your sales order number, which we will be happy to provide for you if don't have it. You can email us and we will get it to you. If you have that already you can go to the following link to update your billing information:

Go to your domain.com/plesk-stat and enter your user name and pw that you were assigned (if you don't know yours, simply email us a request and we will send it to you). When you get to the screen that looks like the one below, click on the bottom link that says "webstat" . What do my stats mean?

and you are put in our queue.
